Once you approve the work, repair labor is $75 an hour while I’m hands-on with it.

Scans and updates that run on their own are part of flat jobs — you’re not paying hourly while the machine sits there chugging away.
Slow computer?
Usually it’s years of clutter on Windows. A clean slate fixes most of it.
Nothing on here you need?
Wipe and reinstall — fastest path. About $325 total ($100 look + $225).
Need photos or documents?
Tell me which folders matter. I save those, reinstall clean, put them back. About $400 total.
